THE MANSION
Our estate mansion is comprised of three beautifully designed stories. Each room has been newly renovated, making it the perfect wedding venue for your special day.
The Top story holds the bridal suite, which includes a custom built salon, lounge area, two large bathrooms, incredible views, and a huge luxurious antebellum style balcony overlooking our horse pastures, for those moments when you just want to breathe and take it all in.
The Middle story offers a lavishly decorated parlor for your Parents, Grandparents, or other wedding party VIP Guests. This story also offers a large, luxurious formal dining room providing a perfect space for your bridal luncheon, dinners or more. Connecting the second and third floor is a beautiful staircase which creates a desirable photo for many brides and leads onto the main front porch area, which has also been featured in many legendary bridal photography sessions.
The Bottom Story features the groom’s suite and we have made sure that has it all! Your man will not believe what we have built for him and his friends. This man cave boasts, a pool table, weight room, kitchen, bathroom, multiple large TVs, X-Box, Dartboard, a Movie Cinematic Room, private access onto the pool lounging area and more! This suite is the ultimate hang space. The only question may be, is why doesn’t the bridal party take this floor!
THE BARN
The companion to our estate mansion is our indoor/outdoor 9000 square foot barn. You’ll enter our barn through the Grand Arch of Jasmine onto the patio that shines brilliantly with the gorgeous overhead string lighting. Our entire barn is professionally and elegantly lit and for that special southern elegant touch, we can hang our customized white flowing tapestry throughout the rafters. Our Barn Venue also has an industrial sized kitchen with a private back entrance your caterer will appreciate. Additionally, we have built a stage for your band or head table quests or featured decorative elements, such as sculptures, cakes, and more. With amenities such as a bar, public restrooms, custom built tables among others, our Barn is the Hope Diamond Centerpiece of Venue 1074. Your guests will be left in awe and amazement and everyone will be talking about your wedding or event for many years to come!
THE BRIDAL SUITE
Every wedding venue need a bridal suite. Ours includes a newly renovated salon complete with custom built vanity tables and mirrors to allow the entire bridal party an area to get ready, with ample counter space, two private restrooms, lounge area with a TV, and access to the antebellum styled balcony overlooking our peaceful horse pastures.
THE GROOM SUITE
Your future husband will not believe what we have built for him and his friends. This man cave boasts, a pool table, weight room, kitchen, bathroom, multiple large TVs, X-Box, Dartboard, Chess, a Movie Cinematic Room, State-of-the-Art Surround Sound, private access onto the pool lounging area and more! This suite is the ultimate hang space. The only question may be, is why doesn’t the bride’s party take this floor!
THE POOL AND GARDENS
Our private pool area hosts a 40-ft. pool, fire pit, and patio lounge space. The pool area is perfect for small receptions, private parties, or just for a place for wedding parties to relax before the ceremony. Flanked by floral and landscaping gardens, with a backdrop of pristine pastures and the smell of mint herbs in the air, this is a space you can make a lasting memory in.
